Terms & Conditions – Move-In / Move-Out Deep Cleaning Services
Our move-in and move-out deep cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of the premises to a standard suitable for occupation or handover.
The standard deep cleaning service does not automatically include the removal of permanent stains, heavy grease, mold, or construction residue.
Where tough stains require specialised cleaning chemicals or additional labour, additional charges will apply. Charges will be assessed on site and communicated before proceeding.
No additional work involving extra charges will be carried out without the client’s consent.
The client must ensure that the property is accessible and that electricity and water are available.
Some stains may be permanent. The company cannot guarantee complete removal and will not be held liable for pre-existing damage.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
